On  April 1, 1996 Troy and Wayne set out to create ''one stop shopping'' for our commercial customers.
After considering the scope of work necessary for many types of properties, they set forth a culture that places the needs of the building above that of the business. 
The resulting philosophy has generated a large, faithful customer base that
demands that their properties are flawlessly maintained. This philosophy has grown the business from two employees in 1996 to over 50 in 2016.
All growth has been achieved by ''word of mouth'' advertising, a fact we are very proud of.
